OFFICE BUILDING FOR KRAFT-CAMELBACK DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
PHOENIX, ARIZONA

Departing from featureless box-like modes often used in speculative office buildings, this structure responds to the local character and orientations. The sun-critical south and west elevations have minimum controlled glass areas. The exterior sculptural form did not interfere with the system of precast columns, beams, and long-span concrete planks which resulted in a build time of four months and substantial cost savings.
