100 South Coast La Jolla, CA
The complex contains 31 units which range in size from 1,100 to 2,000 square feet. There are seven different floor plans, including one, two, and three bedroom units.

As the last project to be built on the California Coast due to the passing of the California Coastal Act, the project was conceived, designed and constructed within the jurisdiction of the California Coastal Commission and involved a full range of approvals from the San Diego Planning Department and the La Jolla Town Council. Of prime interest to both the Coastal Commission and the Town Council was that the project obstruct ocean views as little as possible and that it present the least bulky building mass. These requirements, as well as the provision of public access to the beach, were easily met.

All units have ocean views and are oriented to a landscaped courtyard between the two building wings.
